  1. USER INFORMATION

    Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

    CK ASSOCIATES CONSULTING SL is the DATA CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

    Why do we process your personal data?

    To maintain a business relationship with the user. The processing operations planned are:

    • Sending commercial advertising communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be sent by the CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has entered into a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.

    • Conducting market research and statistical analysis.

    • Processing orders, requests, responding to inquiries, or any other type of request made by the USER through any of the contact methods made available on the CONTROLLER’s website.

    • Sending the online newsletter regarding news, offers, and promotions related to our business.

    Why are we permitted to process your personal data?

    Because the processing is authorized under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

    With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.

    For the DATA CONTROLLER’s legitimate interests: conducting market research, statistical analysis, etc., and processing orders, requests, etc., at the USER’s request.

    How long will we retain your personal data?

    It will be retained for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or as required by legal provisions mandating its retention; once it is no longer necessary for these purposes, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or its complete destruction.

    To whom do we disclose your personal data?

    No disclosure of personal data to third parties is planned, except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has entered into the confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.

    • The right to access, rectify, transfer, and erase your data, as well as the right to restrict or object to its processing.

    By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or in download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to respond to their request, while the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for notifying the CONTROLLER of any changes thereto.

    The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide optimal service to the USER. If all data is not provided, the CONTROLLER cannot guarantee that the information and services provided

    3. SECURITY MEASURES

    In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and explicitly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

    The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the necessary information so that they may exercise those rights.
