Technical assistance within the framework of the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA-GCCF/WFLO) and various projects funded by the USDA, IFC, the World Bank, and other organizations, serving as an expert in operations, logistics, and investment consulting for cold chain assessment, market, and feasibility studies.
Participation in the development of business models, financial plans, and investment structures for temperature-controlled logistics operators (3PLs), as well as in supporting development funds and refrigerated storage and transportation operations.
Experience in projects implemented in multiple countries, including Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Morocco, Ghana, Indonesia, Liberia, the Philippines, the Dominican Republic, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Fiji, Benin, Burundi, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Thailand, contributing to the strengthening of cold chain logistics and agricultural solutions.

Managing of all Group’s temperature controlled activities. Project & design development, construction control and managing operations for all TCL facilities made by the Romeu Group (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Mexico & Uruguay). Port cold chain infrastructures.

Friopuerto Tanger, SA, Morocco (Port of Tanger Med)
Project development & design. Providing Management, operations & IT Services contracts with Romeu Group & Friopuerto. 8 USD million investment and 5,000 pallet position operation as Cold Chain 3PL at the Free Logistics Zone of Tanger Med (largest Port in Africa).

Friopuerto Veracruz LF Ricsa Grupo Griver, Mexico (Port of Veracruz)
Project development & design in conjunction with Grupo Griver. Providing Management, operations & IT Services contracts with Romeu Group & Friopuerto.
8 USD million investment and 5,000 pallet position operation as Supply Chain 3PL (dry, frozen and chilled operations at the Port of Veracruz (largest Port in México).

Friopuerto Montevideo, SA, Uruguay (Port of Montevideo)
Developed and managed a 5 USD million refurbishment investment on an existing cold store of 5,000 pallet positions (dry and frozen operations). Acting as container terminal for major shipping liners

Developed and managed a 10 USD million investment and 10,000 pallet position operation as Cold Chain 3PL at the ZAL (Logistics Platform Zone) at the Port of Leixoes (largest Port in Portugal).

Developed and managed a 5 USD million investment and 4,000 pallet position operation as Cold Chain 3PL at the ZAL (Logistics Platform Zone) at the Port of Sines (largest container and transshipment Port in Portugal).

Group with a variety of shipping and logistics activities, with sales over 500 million Euros (Romeu Group). Managing Friopuerto and developing national activities and international projects for the Group’ s companies.
17 USD million investment (in 2 phases) and 15,000 pallet position operation as Cold Chain 3PL (frozen and chilled operations) at the Port of Valencia (largest container Port in Spain).
